Our products are used by corporate, education, and government entities around the world. Vital Elements for Sales Success in 2023
1. Experience selling or competing against Crestron DM NVX AV-over-IP within the last 12 to 18 months.
2. Working knowledge of other AV-over-IP competitors, including but not limited to, AVPro Edge, Visual Solutions (VSI), Extron, Kramer, Atlona, SVSI.
3. ZeeVee has AV-over-IP products available for shipment. We require salespeople who want to maximize their comp plan's variable component and can hit the ground running.

Position Summary
The ZeeVee Territory Sales Manager is an experienced commercial hunter and proven closer responsible for developing and executing the sales plan within the respective territory to drive profitable growth. They will increase revenue by identifying and closing business deals through direct sales to professional audio-visual integrators, consultants, end customers, strategic partners, and distributors within the defined territory. This key multifaceted person understands how to marshal resources to move an opportunity to close while identifying and navigating the complexity of the buying process in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
1. Achieve revenue established revenue targets for the defined territory.
2. Identify, prospect, and qualify opportunities via warm and cold calls.
3. Develop strong relationships with top integrators, dealers, and consultants within the assigned territory.
4. Ability to identify, target, and pursue critical influencers at professional audio-visual integrators and consultants. The result is that the integrator or consultant designing a solution that requires video distribution will specify ZeeVee products.
5. Manage the onboarding process of resellers and dealer arrangements.
6. Manage relationships with the distribution partner's sales team to secure meetings with professional audio-visual integrators.
7. Work with channel management team members to ensure distributor staff receives the necessary ZeeVee products and promotions training.
8. Work directly with partners and use our CRM software to identify, track, maintain, and update a current list of accounts, contacts, opportunities, and their potential value to ZeeVee.
9. Arrange and conduct product demonstrations by leveraging ZeeVee's demo/evaluation program.
10. Develop a robust opportunity pipeline that is tracked and forecasted.
11. Maintain awareness/knowledge of competitive products and pricing to best position ZeeVee to maximize sales and profit.
12. Operate in alignment with standard processes for sales and lead generation; provide regular, accurate forecasts; regularly update Salesforce to track contact information and activities.
13. Must be a team player and have experience working with national and global accounts.
Requirements
1. 5+ years of progressive experience in channel business development and account management within the Audio-Visual industry with demonstrated success in increasing revenue year over year.
2. Demonstrated ability to hunt for new business and effectively close deals.
3. Intimate knowledge of and relationships within I.T. and Pro A.V. dealer networks.
4. Business Development experience with Audio Visual solution-selling at Enterprise Level.
5. Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Identifies, researches, resolves, and documents technical problems. Primary Job Functions - Respond to telephone calls, emails, chat, and personnel requests for technical support. Document, track, and monitor problems within ZeeVee’s technical support and or other appropriate tools to ensure a timely resolution. Review customers’ network design and configuration in support of ZeeVee IP streaming products.

ZeeVee is a producer of the world’s finest video distribution equipment for professional applications. We are hiring to expand our development team as we grow and ramp up to expand our product offerings and address new markets.
The successful candidate for the role of Senior Principal Hardware Engineer will be responsible for all aspects of system design and circuit development from design concept, to debugged solutions in the lab, to guiding the design through Operations into mass production. This includes design of the circuits, component selection, schematic capture, and layout as well as board bring-up and testing, and working with contract manufacturers to support building the product.
This position is for a very senior, seasoned professional with much experience in product design as the expectation is that contribution will be not only in the detailed design of systems and circuits, but the ability to contribute to the architecture and definition of new products at a high level. The successful applicant will be able to perform those functions with minimal oversight and guidance, leveraging their prior experience.
One of the most important aspects of this position is the ability to work with professionals in various disciplines such as Marketing, Sales, Quality, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Management, and Operations, to create new products which meet market needs, while meeting cost goals and maintaining architectural flexibility to allow long market life.
Specific areas of responsibility and contribution will include: system architecture and definition, high-speed circuit and system design, and to serve as “guiding hand” to more junior engineers on staff who may be working on different elements of the systems. Knowledge and familiarity with modern FPGAs, video systems, circuit designs, PCB layouts, digital video processing circuits, analog and digital audio circuit design, embedded DC/DC converters, processor circuits using DDR3 and/or DDR4 memories is expected.
The hired engineer will also guide pre-release products through outside lab verification to insure that products meet FCC and CE emissions requirements, UL and CE safety requirements, as well as medical certification (IEC 60601-1) for certain products. Thermal testing to validate designs in cold and hot ambient environments will also be in the purview of the candidate.
Firmware and software development experience is a plus, as is experience with medical equipment testing and certification.
Job Responsibilities
- Architecture, circuit design, part selection, simulation and schematic capture
- High-Level participation/contribution to initial product definition and product inception
- Hands-on layout and/or supervision of PCB designer for rigid and flexible printed circuit design, especially on high speed and RF portions of the circuits
- Component selection, test and qualification. Includes working with vendors to understand their current and next-generation component offerings.
- Active collaboration with FW team for board bring up
- Manage EE design and deployment schedule from design conception tofull deployment
- Generate robust and reliable designs for ESD, EMC, and other applicable standards
- Design for functional safety standards (EN62368-1) and/or medical safety standards (IEC 60601-1) and qualify products to these standards through outside test labs
- Actively participate in design qualification with reliability and validation team
- Author clear design documentation and test procedures
- Work with development teams, product managers, supply chain, vendors and manufacturing to create new products that meet cost, functionality and time to market goals
- Work with contract manufacturers to develop and implement manufacturing and test systems
Basic Qualifications (Minimum Education, Experience And Knowledge Requirements):
- BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or related field with 8+ years of relevant work experience
- 5+ years hands-on development of embedded systems including FPGA/SoC, processor, ADCs, DACs, Amplifiers, DRAM, Flash, PMICs, and high-speed serial interfaces
- New product development and DFM experience
- Electrical testing and board/ system level trouble - shooting with common electronic testing instruments (oscilloscope, frequency counter, spectrum analysis, etc)
- Excellent problem solving skills Strong skills with circuit design, PCB design and layout best practices, analysis, validation and debugging
- Strong work ethic and drive to succeed, and be results oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent teamwork and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently
Preferred Skills And Experience (Nice to have):
- Test and Automation with Python or similar scripting tools

The initial title for the position is Senior Principal Hardware Engineer, reporting directly to the VP of Engineering. The natural development from this position, depending on performance and company needs, would be to the position of Director of Hardware Engineering.
