Protecting Content
ZeeVee respects the concerns of content owners - that's why we include a digital watermark on the video stream that is localcast throughout your home. It includes an on-screen mark that indicates the video is coming from a ZvBox, as well as an invisible digital mark that can help identify the ZvBox owner. The on-screen mark can be disabled by the user, but the embedded mark is always added. If a ZvBox is ever used in any manner unintended by the content owner, such as recording the video stream for consumption by someone that does not have rights to view it, the embedded signature will stay with the content and can help identify the source of the pirated material.
